This year’s Oxford OpenCon satellite event will be held on Friday 1st December 2017 at the Weston Library.
It has been organised by Crossref, the Bodleian Libraries and the Centre for Digital Scholarship and, of course, OpenCon.
This is the third Oxford event and it promises an afternoon of talks from great speakers who are all doing interesting work in the open space, covering their work in digital humanities, earth science, bioinformatics , evidence-based policy making, and more. Confirmed speakers: Louise Bezuidenhout, Tarje Nissen-Meyer, Moritz Riede, Susanna Sansone, Hugh Shanahan, David Shotton, Jane Winters.
There’ll be plenty of time for questions and discussion. Coffee and tea will be provided.
Visit the OpenCon Oxford site for full programme and registration.
